Timout support on FreeBSD #73

The timeout feature uses GNU/Linux specific calls.

it uses gettid() linux syscall to distinguish between threads.
It overrides the clone syscall wrapper to setup things.

On FreeBSD:

gettid might be replaced by pthread_getthreadid_np
instead of clone, thr_new might be the syscall to wrap for setup.

My knowledge of FreeBSD being limited, those are only assumptions.
