现在的财务页面全手工记账，容易出错而且不好更新，@TechQuery 提议以参考 https://web-conf.dev/#2019/accounts/ 写个页面，源数据在这 https://github.com/FreeCodeCamp-Chengdu/Web-Conf/blob/master/source/page/2019/data/account.csv
