We've added a number of new features this year that should be extremely helpful for desk review. I'd like to see the following added to the spreadsheets:

  • A sales validation indicator. Ideally, we could color invalid sales using conditional formatting. We may also want to include the flag type somehow
  • 1-2 comparable PIN sales from the comps output, perhaps linking to a breakout with that sale and some details
  • An aggregate comparables score (avg score per PIN) from Comp finder based QC #42. Idea is to use this to prioritize/triage things for review
  • Reproduce the neighborhood-level breakouts from last year's sheets (added by Craig)
  • Sort prorated PINs by their shared tieback, where applicable
    • Let's check in with Valuations; it seems like this is already the case
  • Consider breaking up the spreadsheets for larger town into chunks i.e. North Lake View and South Lake View
    • Let's deliver the sheets and then gather feedback to define groups
  • Link out to the Card Detail sheet from the PIN Detail sheet if the PIN has >1 card

One more, requested by Valuations.

  • Add column for # of units. (I'd expect this to only have data for 211s and 212s. It's possible there are two types: res units and commercial units. If yes, then two columns makes sense.)
