Make NVIM_LISTEN_ADDRESS window specific

Hi,

I tend to run multiple nvim's per session, but only one per (multi-pane) window. Is there a way to make the environment variable window rather than session specific?

This shouldn't be too difficult to implement, and has been on my to-do list for a while now.

Would you like to take a stab at implementing it? If not, ping me again towards the end of next week and I'll take a look.
