What needs to get done

Provide a way to list the instances from a provider for the current application

For LXD, that would be all containers in the correct project (base containers too, but behind a flag). For multipass, that would be all VMs that begin with a relevant name.

Why it needs to get done

Allows better cleanup of provider instances.
