[Feature Request] Add Support for AWS Bedrock and SageMaker

Motivation

Currently, camel does not support direct access to self-hosted models on AWS. To meet the needs of more enterprise users, it is recommended to add support for AWS Bedrock and SageMaker, allowing users to directly utilize custom models hosted on these services. This feature would enable easier integration of user-owned models, enhancing deployment flexibility and adaptability.
