While not too common, if an EC2 instance is stopped (say to resize an EBS volume), it will reboot with a new IP address, meaning the deployment configurations need updating. It would be nice to have an option to use Elastic IPs to avoid this. Thanks for @vkurup and @dpoirier for noticing this.
