SQL-to-clickhouse data transfer tool is available with docs

• sling (the default option) has been learned/mastered and evaluated - along with a survey of other plausible / feasible options such as built in clickhouse table options and experimental features. (for hackathon syncing from MySQL -> Clickhouse took less than an hour)
• the "initialize a fresh database from a SQL reference" use case is supported
• the "propagate changes made to a SQL database into clickhouse on the fly" use case is supported
