This code seems to be based on a deprecated version of bytewax and it no longer runs. It appears that the input module has been refactored and ManualInputConfig and distribute no longer exist. DynamicInput seems to have the closest functionality to what you were trying to do here but it is stateless. As the head of bytewax, what would you recommend I use instead?
