Please use something like http://middlemanapp.com/ to dump the laws in a static (mobile aware) web page, which should be hosted on http://bundestag.github.com . Javascript search would be awesome as well. Next step would be to export the webpage (with jquery-mobile) to mobile app markets!

Maybe we can create a dedicated working group. I would be in!
