During some online tests we detected a call to:
'/custom/{1}/builder/toolbox?application={1}&form={2}'
For now it simple call the already existing api OrbeonGetToolboxApi without anychange.

Maybe some change is needed in OrbeonGetToolboxApi to support the form argument.
