Doesn't work after coming back from locked screen and/or displays in sleep mode

When I lock my computer and leave it for a while (when hooked up to 2 external monitors), then come back to it a while later and unlock the screen, the ChromeTile commands don't work. For example, I try Ctrl+Shift+H to rotate the windows, but nothing happens. Disabling and re-enabling the extension fixes this again. Ideally this would "just work" even when leaving the computer for an extended period of time.
