Dialog message ghost windows

I don't have a solid set of repro steps because I don't know how else to trigger the error message I sometimes get that causes this issue...

Sometimes, the linux terminal (with linux support enabled) won't open because it needs to update, and it opens a dialog with that message instead. ChromeTile creates a space for that window though, but the window never appears.

Trying to navigate to that window with ChromeTile shortcuts doesn't work (it doesn't skip the window, focus never leaves the previous window).
