I'm not sure why we use Metadata_Well in some pipelines and Metadata_Well_Value in others, but (unless I'm forgetting/missing something) it would be cleaner to stick to just Metadata_Well.

My recollection is there was a parsing issue in some pipelines, such that sometimes we wanted it maybe digit padded and sometimes not? But it was always a hacky fix, so feel free to make it more elegant
