CNV vs CPX and dINS

Hello all,

I’m wondering if there is any documentation or guidance on the general logic used to determine srwgs CNV duplications from dispersed insertions (CPX type). Maybe a single event potentially result in multiple calls of different types, especially those large ones and involving multiple breakpoints? If that, any suggestions to potentially link them.
