How can I change the X_embed value ?

Hello,
I am using this model for a new dataset.
I got one error:
IndexError: index 44851 is out of bounds for axis 0 with size 44851

When I feed the model with less number of sequences, it will work, but still, I have X_embed 44851.
I have tried with different datasets to see if this value changes or not, but it is still there, and I guess it is a constant and I am curious how it is calculated.
I realized this is the value for training in the influenza dataset, but why do I still have it in different data and training?
I will be very appreciative if you could help me, because after spending days I could not figure out how to fix it.
