Since the publish step uses PostgreSQL instance (RDS), we should add a documentation note for this step in order to prevent that lambda publish error. Right now, we have set the max execution (delimited by reservedConcurrency) to 10. So this step right now uses max 22 open connections (A micro instance will be enough).
