Description

Issue
When ctrl+clicking or "Open Link in New Tab" on a link in the last opened tab in current view of Vertical Tabs, the new tab which opened is out of view.

For a user, it seems like the action didnt work and could end up doing the action multiple times, only to realize multiple tabs of the same link has been opened when scrolling down the vertical tabs.

New Feature
When doing a ctrl+click / "Open Link in New Tab", the newly created tab should be scrolled into view (the active tab not switched to the newly created tab, just like in horizontal tabs.
