Description

  • Drag-and-drop of text or links does not work for the last two tabs when vertical tabs are full or overflowing.
  • It works fine for the last two tabs when vertical tabs are not full. Essentially, the end of the vertical tabs (last two tabs before new tab button) is not being recognized as a valid drop location.
Screencast.from.10-01-25.11.32.18.AM.IST.webm

Steps to reproduce

  1. Enable vertical tabs and open enough tabs until they reach the "New Tab" button at the bottom (you can also resize the window).
  2. Drag any text or link between the last two tabs.

Actual result

Drop is not working between last two tabs

Expected result

We need to drop the text/link at bottom as well.
