Description

VPN button state is not same on all profiles

Steps to reproduce

Scenario 1

Create multiple profiles
Enable VPN
Open all profiles and Exit the browser
Relaunch browser so all profiles are loaded
Some of the profiles may not show correct VPN state

Scenario 2

Create multiple profiles
Enable VPN
Open all profiles
Close profiles one by one and relaunch browser
Open all profiles
Some of the profiles may not show correct VPN state

Actual result

Expected result

All profiles should show the same VPN state
