Objectives

• Amazon AWS account creation and Amazon instance initialization.
• Django Framework installing on our machine and Amazon instance.
• PyCharm setup on our computer(License issues).
• Brief Github usage tests and Github teaching from senior github users in our group.

Outcomes

• Amazon AWS account creation.
• Initialization of a new EC2 instance (Amazon Linux).
• Updates and upgrades of linux machine.
• Amazon EC2 machine SSH connection to all team members are carried out.
• Setup Django Framework to Amazon EC2 instance and our computers.
• Installing Django Framework to Amazon EC2 instance and our computers.
• Pulling previous semester's Cmpe352 API code from Github and testing on Amazon EC2 instance(Worked correctly).
• PyCharm IDE setup. License issue is handled.
• All of us tested Github code in our machines. Some Github knowledge and usage practices are shared among us.
• New Django project creation.
• Django project pushed to Github. Pulled up on Amazon EC2 instance and run correctly.
