As of 21 July, we don't have a go for this issue.

Current Behavior

Teleportation will be almost instant (no waiting period between L2s etc.).

Expected Behavior

To protect against reorgs we might want to consider adding related waiting periods before disbursing the asset on the destination network for the trade off of a worse UX.
