Regex Filter

Support for Regex-based filtering in logs is necessary, given how often certain varbits and clientscripts are being spammed.
The filters should be added via a popup modal interface asking for the name of the protocol, e.g. if_settext, a toggle for whether to apply the regex per-line basis or for the entire string (with \n included in the string), and lastly the regex itself.
