Project Overview Tab needs to have the data loaded from the backend inside boxes. Also, the project title (at the top of the page) must be the same as the one selected from the Select inside sidebar

We can remove the "vendor risks" tab section from the Project page as it's already under Vendors.
Similarly vendor risks under Projects page should be removed, and will be replaced by calculations from the vendors page after 1.0
