Describe your Request
We need a debug view for running pipelines.

Gets current pipeline dot graph, e.g. GET /pipelines/<name>/graph
Ref: https://developer.ridgerun.com/wiki/index.php/GStreamer_Daemon_-_HTTP_API#Get_Pipeline_Graph
Renders pipeline dot graph using viz.js
