I have the production moodle 3.11 in the AWS. Then, suddenly, I cannot access the instance via SSH.

I detached the volume and created another instance to attach the volume to see logs:

Any tips or suggestions on the issue would be very appreciated.

I can see you were running into some permissions issues. Please note that Apache/PHP uses the "daemon" user to run so it should have read/write permissions where needed.

I cannot access the instance via SSH.

The errors you posted were not related to SSH, please use the bitnami user when accessing the instance and review the permissions of the /home/bitnami/.ssh/ folder and files inside it.
