Hello - Nothing related to the bncert-tool seems to be working in our instance. When I run the command sudo /opt/bitnami/bncert-tool or sudo /opt/bitnami/bndiagnostic-tool nothing happens, the command line is just waiting for the next command. I think the SSL certificate expired and I'm trying to renew it, but I'm not sure what is happening now.

bndiagnostic was not useful. Could you please tell us why?

I run the command, but nothing happens. The command line just jumps asking what is my next command.

This issue has been solved. Not sure how, but I just checked and the SSL certificate is working.
