Describe your issue as much as you can
Hi Support,
My wordpress/woocommerce store started crashing every 15 minutes starting 2 days ago, and I attempted a roll back to 7 days ago but the issue is still happening after roll back. The issue gets fixed temporarily after restarting all the services, the website comes back online but then quickly crashes again. It seems like the php logs throw "[12-Nov-2023 15:50:06] WARNING: [pool www] seems busy (you may need to increase pm.start_servers, or pm.min/max_spare_servers), spawning 8 children, there are 34 idle, and 50 total children":
I recently upgraded my servers to the $20/month tier and stability was great for months, but 2 days ago seems like the server can't stay online.
Any help or advice on this to fix my issue? I provided the bndiagnostic ID, and appreciate any help
Regards,
Ryan V
