Thanks for this very useful plugin.
The output is very nice but I encountered a bug when using it in Fiji, the method seems to not take into account the input parameters I am providing (confocal/WF, additional layers) and always outputs the exact same result for the MEMBRANE1.tif file as well as my own data (not just name wise, but pixel wise). It worked perfectly fine when I tested it in MATLAB.
I tested with the SME_stacking.jar file in here and the file [https://github.com/erexhepa/IJ_PROJECTION_PLUGIN/blob/master/IJ2/SME_stacking.jar] with the same result.
Have you ever encountered this behaviour? Did I miss something somewhere?
Thanks,
Sebastien

No this is the first time we have come across this issue. I will have a look and keep you updated. We are also in the process of releasing the Fiji plugin for the FastSME. This would be available very soon (next few days).
I will update you with regard to the bug above. Thanks for reporting it.
thanks for the fast reply, I tried several values 0 0 ; 5 5 ; 10 10 depending on the images I was using (my original dataset is 51zs).
If you say the new FastSME will be out this week then I can try this one when it's out and provide the MATLAB solution to my users in the meantime.
