i chose torch 1.13.1+cu11.7 & torch 1.4.0+cuda9.2, didn't work!!! and my python is 3.7 because everytime when i use 2.7, error comes.

i used torch 1.4.0+cu9.2, and "gpus=0" in metatune.data & metayolo.data, it works i supposed.
