bindl exec NAME [args ...] would:

  • get program if it doesn't already exist yet
  • run the program as if args are passed directly
  • should handle STDIN STDOUT STDERR piping properly (relevant)

The existence and implementation of this would help brainstorming #10.

Considering that #10 is canceled in favor of #39, should this exist? Maybe not?

Maybe instead we should do something like bindl path NAME which returns the whole bin/.bindl/<hash>-NAME/NAME path?
