Set up SSSD config as a template

It was rightfully pointed out by a person trying out SODAR that LDAP/AD configuration has to be provided twice: To SODAR via env and to the SSSD via a specific config file.

Unless there's a technical reason not to, the SSSD config file should be created as a template from the same env vars as SODAR.
