I have included the files used for the revised site.
css in CSS folder
pages in PAGES folder
forms in FORMS folder with file name indicating Article or Miscellaneous type of form e.g. some_name_artilce.txt is an ARTICLE form and sample_name_MISC.txt is a Miscellaneous form
