Removing a taxCountry/vatNumber

I understand how to assign a taxCountry and/or a vatNumber to an account and it works as intended but I didn't find a way to remove an assigned value to an existing account.
It seems that there isn't any DEL method, and sending a null value (or empty string) with the PUT method doesn't work.

I'm missing something?

That's a missing feature, indeed.

I'm currently catching up with this project. I keep this missing feature as something to do.
