Y axis zero value label position when all values are zero

When a line consist only of zero values the zero label position on Y axis is moved to the center of the grid (red line on the picture). How to get rid off this behaviour ? How to move it to the bottom? Minimal value in the chart is always 0 (there cant be any negative values).
