Is it possible to create a PieChart Legend with Values?

Hello everyone,

I was wondering if it is possible to Create a Custom Legend that looks like this:

I tried using the LegendTemplate, but I cant make it work.

Any help is greatly appreciated!

I managed to Display the Values, but I am still missing the percentages and the colour of the current Series.

This is my Code:

It also doesn't seem to be a clean solution, however if anyone has any advice on how to solve this problem I'd greatly appreciate it!
