Custom texte in the center of a pie chart

Hello,

I'm new to LiveCharts2 and some (simple i guess) options are prettu hard too figure for me. I'm drawing a simple pie chart (https://i.imgur.com/0idCgdB.png) and i want to put some custom texte in the middle of it. Problem is i can't figure how to do it

And for gauge i can't find the Stroke option, i change the color but i keep geting a blue color i can't seems to be able to change (https://i.imgur.com/RUrQhj6.png) (fixe using theme color changing)

Also can't seems to be able to center the text (like the 50) any tips ? (PolarLabelsPosition.xxx) not working, the text is not perfectly in center like it is on v1

Any help would be much appreciated
