Polar Chart with Point degree specified

Hi, is there a way to set the direction of a point?

For example i need to plot the point O

That is 135 degrees with some distance.

It seems like in PolarLineSeries as seen in the samples, the direction degrees are related to the number of values. Are there any ways to specify the direction instead?
