Thank you for reporting this issue - @marps13, @sandaas741, @tristankite. Several others have reported the same [issue]((#48) as well. I've updated code as well as documented workarounds to resolve this issue. Pls sync your forks with latest updates and try a fresh set-up with instructions from updated set-up doc. Tested this on a sandbox tenant and it works fine, but pls report back if this is still an issue
