broken installation command

There were at least two cases with Windows plugin installations where the bin folder content wasn't found (and I also run into the same problem)
The reason is that the following command from the repo main page (at least in windows env) pulls an archive with sources instead of binaries

helm plugin install https://github.com/belitre/helm-push-artifactory-plugin
