Currently restart webserver is being invoked after the site is installed, which is unlikely to always be necessary, or isn't necessary at all.

Ability to skip this, or remove it entirely would be appreciated as it currently adds a requirement to the geerlingguy.php role, which on a pre-provisioned environment isn't absolutely necessary.
