Get clarity on Payments API call that we need to make, in order to allow payment of statutory fee directly in the new corp profile page without visiting bc online.

I'm assuming this won't be in the Director Search CWU project scope.

In addition, I believe there may be some decisions pending on exactly these payments will work going forward.
