Remove old test namespaces from OpenShift

Description:
There are products in OpenShift that were created in the old Registry and Dev namespace before it was mocked by mocker. Most of them are not reflected anywhere in the Registry, which makes deleting them more complicated.
Me and Zhanna periodically get notifications about them being not updated.
I would gather a list of such products and find a way to delete them. Two ways I am going to try are: sending custom NATS message to Provisioner OR creating there reflection in the Test manually and sending remove request from there.

DoD:
The orphan namespaces are deleted from OpenShift side.
