Describe the task
Region and subregion data is used in both flows, so it's useful to push it as its own sub-issue.

Acceptance Criteria

  • Region dropdown is populated with real data
  • Subregion dropdown is made
  • Subregion dropdown is populated with subregions corresponding to the region
