Describe the task
As a user, when I want to select an animal, I need to also fill in the sub region values for an accurate calculation

Acceptance Criteria

given I select an animal, when I fill in the required sub-region form field, then sub region gets added to the form values

Additional context

So far only chicken/poultry have been identified to NOT need a sub-region
This will be a visual drop down list on the farm information page
Connected to the backend and pulling from the related tables (sub-regions)
