Fix Liveness and Readiness probe in the BE

Describe the task
The backend probe is still commented out because it is failing. The backend pods also seem to have other issues, making it difficult to fix the probe.

Purpose
These health checks monitor the service for issues.

Acceptance Criteria

• Liveness and Readiness probes are successful for backend service

Additional context

• The port that the probe uses is the containerPort
