Could you confirm what fields you want the report to include? I’m thinking you’d probably want:

NR number
NR Name ??
Submitted date and time
Expiry date
Status – ie draft, approved, conditional (did you want all or only certain statuses?)

Which request types should be included?

Restore

BC limited company
BC unliminted liability company
BC Benefit company
BC Community Contribution Company
BC Cooperative association
BC Credit Union

Reinstate

Limited company
Limited Liability company
Cooperative association

Also, what day of the week do you want this report? And do you want it for NRs submitted in the previous 7 calendar days?
