Describe the bug in current situation
On the Business Registry Marketing page, we have a link to Small Business BC that is now a dead link

Pre Conditions: which Env, any pre-requesites or assumptions to execute steps?
Link should be removed in Test, Dev and Prod

Steps to Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to '..'
  2. Click on 'Decide on a Business Type'
  3. Scroll down to the 'Learn More' button
  4. See error
