Darci encountered an issue while using Opera: she could not save changes when switching the Request Type from "Exprovincial Change of Name" to "Exprovincial Assumed Name." However, this functionality works fine in Chrome.

Attached are some screenshots of the error for reference.

Please investigate and resolve the issue to ensure compatibility across browsers.
