Compatible with OctoPrint 1.4

  - Moved arbitrary constants into settings (but have not yet exposed them in the GUI)
  - Reworked renaming of LDAP OU common names into OctoPrint groups to make even fewer assumptions for safer group keys
  - Noticed an error where clearing a setting in the GUI results in setting being set to "" rather than None (#7)
